MY HEART WILL GO ON

This is the first English song I learned in my life. When I was 13 years old, the movie “Titanic” was popular all over the world and it also have a great influence in campus. The theme song “My heart will go on” by Celine Dion was play from the broadcast at noon every day and we all used to like standing in front of the classroom and listening.

We had just started an English class that year, I was particularly liked by English teacher because many students felt that it was difficult to learn English but I had a strong interest in it.

When I learned this song, my parents felt that I was not engaged in honest work and was criticized, but my English teacher thought my English pronunciation was very standard.

I don’t know how many times I’ve watched this movie and still lost in the scene so far. The aftertaste of love lasted for the rest of Rose’s life even though the short and gorgeous love between Jack and Rose sank into Atlantic Ocean with the great ship. The love shown the power to break the boundaries of race and wealth from the begin to the end. All passengers regardless of their level gathered around Jack and Rose who were reunited on the Titanic in the dream at the end of the film. For love, everything is equal.

Until now I still like to sing this song which should be the most meaning song to my life, the scene of the romantic lovers at the bow in the sunset will appear in front of me whenever the Scottish bagpipes of Prelude sounds.
